Happy New (Reading) Year

The Cocktail Hour - A. R. Gurney

Happy New Year! Before I even got out of bed this morning, I read a book. A play, actually, "The Cocktail Hour" by A.R. Gurney.

I love reading plays because in less time than it takes to actually see them staged you can read a complete dramatic work, meet new characters, the whole nine.

Add to that: the new year is less than 10 hours old and I have already accomplished something - well, two things - I've read a book and written a blog post.
